Role Description:
The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing and supervising the company’s delivery riders and ensuring their duty hours, support during working hours, legally compliant, and available for daily delivery operations.
The person will coordinate with riders, client and management to ensure smooth fleet operations and minimize the daily problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise delivery riders to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor rider attendance, duty hours, availability, and daily deployment.
- Provide timely support to riders during working hours and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with clients, riders, and management to ensure efficient delivery operations.
- Ensure riders comply with company policies, safety standards, and applicable legal requirements.
- Track daily fleet performance and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Handle rider-related concerns, escalations, and unexpected operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, duty schedules, and daily operational activities.
- Minimize operational disruptions and ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, or delivery services is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise a team of delivery riders.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of UAE labour regulations and delivery rider requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to work full-time on-site and support daily operational requirements.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
