Browsing and applications
You can browse without uploading a CV. Apply Now takes you to the external source website. We do not receive your application or send your saved CV to that website.
CV search and storage
Starting CV search accepts the displayed matching and storage notice. We privately store your PDF, extracted text, professional profile and matching vector for 30 days. AI processing uses OpenRouter, OpenAI for text processing and Google for matching embeddings. Requests require provider routing with zero data retention and no provider data collection. Processing may take place outside your country. The CV extraction step receives the text you submit; contact details are removed from the professional summary used for matching.
Delete or download your CV from the CV modal. Sign in to manage it across devices. Deletion removes the stored file, profile, matching vector and associated preference records. Replacing a CV removes the previous saved document. Without an account, access depends on this browser’s private access cookie; clearing it removes your access, and the retention cleanup removes the inaccessible CV when it expires.
Future talent pool
The switch records your preference for a possible future talent pool. You can turn it off at any time. Employers and Rivo HR cannot access CVs during this pilot. Any future employer sharing requires its own launch review, clear recipient/purpose notice and the necessary permission.
CV maker
Your draft is saved in this browser. Clear the draft from the editor to remove it. Importing a CV sends its text to AI to populate the editor; this import does not save a separate CV or join a talent pool. Export sends the editor content to our server to prepare a printable layout; it is not saved as a candidate profile.
Measurement
First-party cookies remember your browser for up to 90 days, your session for 30 minutes, and campaign attribution for 30 days. We store hashed browser/session identifiers and events such as page views, CV uploads and outbound clicks. Analytics never contains CV text, names, email addresses or search queries. Events are retained for 90 days. IP-derived hashes are used temporarily for abuse limits; raw IP addresses are not stored in the application database.
Accounts and access
Sign-in uses an email link. Your account controls your CV and saved jobs. Account deletion removes those records. Operational hosting, email and AI providers may process data needed to deliver the service. Supabase provides database, account and file storage; Cloudflare hosts the website. Contact contact@rivo.ge to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about processing and retention. CV deletion removes records from active application storage; provider backup retention is separate from active storage deletion.
Listing reports
When you report a listing, we collect your phone number, email address and reason to investigate and follow up. Only authorized staff can access reports. We do not share your contact details with the employer or add them to the talent pool. Reports are removed after 90 days.
