Ibtikar Robotics is a UAE-based robotics company providing innovative robotics, AI, automation, robot rental, and interactive technology solutions. We work with businesses, events, exhibitions, brands, government entities, and organizations looking to integrate robotics and emerging technologies into their operations and experiences.

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales & Business Development Representative to help us expand our client base and generate new business opportunities across the UAE.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities
• Generate leads through outreach, networking, calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Introduce Ibtikar Robotics' products, robot rentals, and technology solutions to prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Build relationships with companies, event agencies, brands, government entities, and other potential customers
• Follow up with leads and support opportunities through the sales process
• Coordinate with our team to prepare quotations and proposals
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Identify new markets and industries for Ibtikar Robotics

Who We're Looking For

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching new clients and conducting sales outreach
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Previous sales or business development experience is an advantage
• Existing UAE business contacts or networks are a strong advantage
• Interest in robotics, AI, technology, events, or innovation is preferred

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales position.

Your earning potential is directly linked to the business and revenue you generate. The commission structure and terms will be discussed during the interview.

This role is ideal for someone who wants flexibility, enjoys sales, and is motivated by performance-based earning.

Eligibility: Applicants must currently reside in the UAE and hold a valid UAE residence visa.
