Job Description

Universal Way Academy is looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Instructor to deliver high-quality engineering education through on-site and online classes. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, proven teaching experience, and the ability to explain complex engineering concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and training sessions in electrical and mechanical engineering.
• Teach engineering principles, calculations, technical drawings, and practical applications.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessment materials.
• Conduct both on-site and online classes.
• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students in developing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Keep course materials aligned with current engineering practices and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver effective online and classroom-based instruction.
• Good knowledge of engineering software, technical tools, and practical applications.
• Ability to prepare course materials and evaluate student performance.
