Job Summary
Junaid Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Sales Coordinator to support our sales, technical, and purchasing operations within the Plumbing & Sanitary industry.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical documentation skills, hands-on experience with CRM & ERP systems, and knowledge of purchasing processes related to plumbing, sanitary ware, and building materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical submittals, product datasheets, compliance statements, warranty letters, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with sales teams, suppliers, manufacturers, and clients regarding technical requirements and approvals.
- Review and analyze new product specifications and maintain accurate master datasheets.
- Manage technical documentation, product certifications, and project approval records.
- Monitor technical submissions, consultant comments, revisions, and approval status.
- Maintain accurate sales and product records using CRM & ERP systems.
- Assist with purchasing coordination, supplier follow-ups, quotations, and purchase-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales and purchasing operations.
- Prepare reports and maintain organized technical and sales records.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in technical sales coordination or technical documentation.
- CRM & ERP system experience is mandatory.
- SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes related to plumbing, sanitary ware, and building materials.
- Good understanding of product specifications, technical datasheets, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred.
Salary & Benefits
AED 3,500 – 4,500 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
