Cube Realty is expanding its sales team! We are looking for experienced and results-driven Property Consultants with a strong focus on the UAE local market, specializing in both **Primary (Off-Plan) and Secondary (Ready Properties) Markets.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both *Primary and Secondary Property Markets*.
- Proven experience working with UAE-based clients, local investors, and property owners.
- Established network of local buyers, sellers, and investors is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of successful property transactions and deal closures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads, secure listings, and develop a strong local client portfolio.
- Good understanding of Dubai's property market, communities, and investment opportunities.
