Social Media Specialist
Abdalawy ServicesWe are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, run advertising campaigns, generate leads, and coordinate with the sales team to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create engaging posts, promotional advertisements, videos, and reels.
- Design and run paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Generate quality leads through social media marketing.
- Monitor incoming inquiries and distribute them among the sales team.
- Assign leads to the relevant sales team members and maintain proper follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to monitor lead progress and conversion results.
- Boost posts and optimize advertising campaigns to improve performance.
- Track campaign results, lead generation, engagement, and overall marketing performance.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and generate more business opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising.
- Skills in video editing, reel creation, and advertisement design.
- Understanding of lead generation and inquiry management.
- Ability to coordinate with sales teams and distribute leads efficiently.
- Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- A portfolio of previous work will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary: AED 2,500 per month, depending on skills and experience.
