About the role
We are seeking an experienced DHA-licensed Registered Nurse for our Dermatology Department in Dubai. The nurse will support dermatologists and physicians with dermatology care and aesthetic treatments, including Botox, fillers, and other injectables, in a private clinic setting
Key responsibilities
1. Botox, fillers, and other injectables
- Provide full clinical support for neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin or equivalent) and dermal fillers for lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, under-eye, nasolabial folds, and other facial contouring.
- Assist with other injectables as directed: skin boosters, hyaluronic acid mesotherapy, PRP/PRF, polynucleotides, biostimulators, and vitamin or mesotherapy injections.
- Complete pre-treatment checks: medical history, allergies, medications (especially blood thinners), pregnancy or breastfeeding status, previous injectable history, contraindications, and informed consent.
- Prepare the injectable tray: product verification (name, lot, expiry), reconstitution of neuromodulators per protocol, drawing up correct units or volumes, labeling, ice or topical anesthetic, antiseptic prep, and emergency-kit readiness including hyaluronidase where stocked.
- Support the physician during injection: positioning, lighting, photography, marking assistance, comfort measures, and continuous observation for vasovagal events, excessive bleeding, blanching, or signs of vascular occlusion.
- Provide immediate post-injectable care: pressure, ice, aftercare briefing (no rubbing, heat, intense exercise, makeup timing, expected swelling or bruising), and red-flag symptoms that require urgent return.
- Document product used, batch or lot number, units or ml, injection sites, patient response, and follow-up plan in line with DHA requirements.
- Conduct or support 10–14 day review visits for Botox and filler results, photograph comparison, and touch-up coordination.
2. Broader aesthetic treatment duties
- Prepare and turn over treatment rooms for chemical peels, microneedling, laser/IPL, radiofrequency or skin tightening, medical facials, PRP for face or hair, and other skin-rejuvenation sessions offered by the clinic.
- Assist during energy-based and device treatments: eye protection, parameters as directed, cooling, patient comfort, and post-treatment dressing or product application.
- Take standardized before-and-after photographs and maintain photo records.
- Reinforce treatment plans and homecare: medical-grade skincare, sunscreen, downtime, and timing of the next session.
- Manage clinic stock related to aesthetics: fillers, toxins, needles and cannulas, numbing cream, dressings, consumables, and cold-chain storage. Flag low stock and expired items.
- Maintain sterile technique, infection control, sharps safety, and crash-cart or emergency readiness at all times.
3. Patient experience and clinic standards
- Greet and escort patients, explain the visit flow in English and Tagalog, and keep a calm, discreet bedside manner in a luxury clinic setting.
- Obtain vital signs when required, review consents, and ensure the chart is complete before the doctor enters.
- Deliver clear pre- and post-procedure education so patients know what is normal versus what needs a same-day call.
- Collaborate with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, therapists, and front desk to keep the list moving without compromising safety.
- Complete accurate DHA-compliant documentation after every encounter.
Requirements
- Valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse (mandatory). Applications without a current DHA RN license will not be considered.
- Female Tagalog speaker only.
- Minimum 3 years as an RN in aesthetic dermatology, dermatology, or plastic/cosmetic clinic settings.
- Hands-on experience supporting Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables (preparation, assistance, aftercare, and documentation). Independent injecting is a plus if within clinic protocol and DHA scope, but not required.
- Experience with medical dermatology procedures and post-procedure wound or skin care, not only beauty treatments.
- Warm, professional communication and the ability to manage anxious or high-expectation private patients.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced premium clinic with high service standards.
- BLS required.
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Aesthetic : 3 years (Preferred)
