Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Pump Mechanic to handle the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhauling of industrial pumps and related mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, dismantle, repair, and reassemble various types of pumps.
- Maintain dewatering, submersible, centrifugal, and diesel-driven pumps.
- Perform pump overhauling, alignment, servicing, and performance testing.
- Diagnose mechanical faults, leakage, vibration, and pressure issues.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Assist with pump installation and commissioning at workshop and project sites.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Pump Mechanic or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in industrial pump maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of pump components, mechanical seals, bearings, shafts, and alignment.
- Experience with dewatering and diesel-driven pumps is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving licence is required
