Position: Senior Planning Engineer

Project: Luxury Villa Projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction planning and project controls.
• Must have extensive experience in villa projects, preferably luxury residential developments.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project scheduling.
• Experience in preparing baseline programmes, progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
• Strong knowledge of critical path analysis, resource planning, and project monitoring.
