We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Website & SEO Specialist to lead our digital presence and drive sustainable organic growth.
Job Summary
We are looking for an SEO expert with more than 5 years of proven experience in website management and search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of improving Google rankings, increasing organic traffic, generating qualified leads, and managing high-performing websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the company website (WordPress).
- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies for long-term organic growth.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website architecture, content, metadata, schema markup, and internal linking.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, and performance issues.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, website speed, mobile usability, and user experience.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Create SEO reports with measurable KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize landing pages, blog content, and conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with Google's algorithm updates and implement best practices.
- Manage local SEO and optimize Google Business Profile.
- Work closely with developers to implement technical improvements.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of hands-on SEO and website management experience.
- Proven success in ranking competitive keywords on the first page of Google.
- Strong expertise in WordPress.
- Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, local SEO, and content optimization.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO implementation.
- Excellent understanding of Core Web Vitals, structured data (Schema), XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, and website migrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare, medical, aesthetic, or cosmetic surgery industry.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience with AI-assisted content optimization and SEO automation.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Only candidates with more than 5 years of proven SEO experience and a portfolio demonstrating successful SEO projects and measurable ranking improvements will be considered.
