Alweena Perfumes L.L.C- Greet and assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and uses to customers.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and assigned quotas.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Process sales transactions accurately through cash, card, or other payment methods.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Keep shelves stocked, displays attractive, and store area organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports as required by management.
- Uphold company policies, standards, and customer service excellence.
