Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling.
The ideal candidate should be able to transform creative briefs into visually compelling designs, work independently, and bring fresh creative ideas to the table.
We are particularly interested in someone who understands modern social media aesthetics, branding, and how to use AI-powered creative tools to enhance the design process.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, and digital campaign creatives.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identities and campaign objectives.
- Work with typography, composition, colours, and imagery to create aesthetically strong designs.
- Use AI creative platforms for image generation, concept development, and visual enhancement.
- Translate creative briefs into high-quality designs with minimal supervision.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent design quality.
- Collaborate remotely with the creative and content teams.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Previous experience in a creative, advertising, or social media agency is preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, and aesthetic visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
- Working knowledge of AI creative platforms such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Freepik AI, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience designing content for social media platforms.
- Must be based in India and comfortable working remotely with a UAE-based team.
