We are hiring a skilled and experienced Tile Mason for residential villa and interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of tile installation, surface preparation, and finishing, with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, mosaic, and natural stone tiles on floors and walls.
- Prepare surfaces, carry out screeding, and ensure proper levelling before installation.
- Work according to approved drawings, tile layouts, measurements, and design specifications.
- Maintain accurate tile alignment, levels, spacing, grout joints, and patterns.
- Perform precise tile cutting around corners, niches, drains, sanitary fittings, electrical sockets, and other openings.
- Execute clean mitred corners and neat edge finishing as required.
- Ensure correct floor slopes towards drains in bathrooms, showers, balconies, and other wet areas.
- Apply tile adhesives, grout, epoxy grout, and silicone with proper finishing.
- Take necessary precautions to protect waterproofing and report any issues before installation.
- Ensure completed tile work is free from excessive lippage, hollow tiles, uneven joints, and finishing defects.
- Perform snagging work, tile replacement, grout repairs, and final touch-ups when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness at the worksite and protect completed installations from damage.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working as a Tile Mason.
- Previous experience in residential villas and high-end interior fit-out projects is preferred.
- Practical experience in installing porcelain, ceramic, marble, mosaic, and large-format tiles.
- Ability to understand basic drawings, elevations, and site measurements.
- Proficiency in tile cutting, levelling, mitring, grouting, and finishing.
- Good knowledge of floor slopes, drainage requirements, and tile installation in wet areas.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions from site supervisors.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
