Events & Media Marketing Executive

Sahasra Creations is looking for an energetic and proactive Events & Media Marketing Executive to support our business development, client servicing, event execution, and media-related activities.

The role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales and client communication while also being comfortable working closely with production teams, vendors, and event crews.

This is not a traditional desk-based marketing position. The candidate will be involved throughout the process — from generating the initial lead to coordinating and supporting the successful execution of the event.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Marketing

• Conduct regular cold calling and direct marketing to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients.
• Introduce Sahasra Creations' event, production, branding, and media services.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients.
• Maintain an organized lead and follow-up pipeline.

Lead Management & Client Servicing

• Respond promptly to incoming enquiries and leads.
• Understand client requirements and assist in developing suitable event or media solutions.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, presentations, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the project.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate between clients, internal teams, production crews, and management.
• Assist in planning timelines, requirements, deliverables, and execution schedules.
• Follow up on approvals, production requirements, and project updates.
• Ensure relevant information is communicated clearly to everyone involved.

Vendor Coordination

• Source and coordinate with event and production vendors.
• Obtain quotations and availability.
• Follow up on production, delivery, installation, and dismantling schedules.
• Coordinate vendors according to project timelines and requirements.

Event & Production Support

• Support the Sahasra Events team during event planning, setup, production, execution, and dismantling.
• Be available on-site whenever required.
• Coordinate with technical crews, production teams, artists, vendors, and other event stakeholders.
• Assist in ensuring smooth event-day operations.

Working Structure

The position offers flexible working hours and allows work from home for activities that can be handled remotely.

However, flexibility is subject to project requirements.

The candidate must be available to work on-site with the production and event crew according to event schedules, including evenings, weekends, early mornings, or extended hours whenever an event or production requires it.

Candidate Requirements

• Own UAE visa is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and business development.
• Confident in communicating with corporate clients.
• Ability to respond quickly and professionally to enquiries.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
• Willingness to attend site visits, setups, events, and productions.
• Basic understanding of events, media, marketing, production, or client servicing will be an advantage.
• UAE market knowledge and an existing corporate network will be an added advantage.

Contract Period

6 Months

Performance, business contribution, lead generation, client management, and project involvement may be reviewed during the contract period for future opportunities with Sahasra Creations.
