Job Title: Senior Site Architect

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Architect with a strong background in architectural consultancy and large-scale high-rise tower projects. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in consultant-side architectural coordination, excellent Revit and BIM skills, and a solid understanding of architectural design, technical documentation, and site supervision.

Consultancy experience is mandatory. Candidates with experience working on high-rise towers and large-scale developments are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural activities for large-scale high-rise tower projects.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, building codes, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, BIM, and other project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
• Identify and resolve architectural discrepancies, design conflicts, and site-related technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor architectural works and ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
• Manage coordination with contractors, consultants, clients, and other project stakeholders.
• Review BIM models and identify clashes or coordination issues using relevant software.
• Ensure timely completion of architectural deliverables and maintain proper project documentation.
• Support project teams in maintaining quality, safety, and compliance throughout the construction process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 12–15 years of overall professional experience in architecture.
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Mandatory experience working with an architectural consultancy.
• Proven experience in large-scale high-rise towers and complex building projects.
• Excellent working knowledge of Revit and BIM processes.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, construction methods, and site coordination.
• ISO certification or relevant ISO training/certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of architectural quality control, technical documentation, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience with prestigious high-rise tower developments.
• Strong consultant-side experience in architectural supervision and coordination.
• Ability to manage complex architectural issues and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of BIM workflows and Revit-based project delivery.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
