About Us:

We are a growing jewelry brand with a presence in select retail stores and pop-up events. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team and support our day-to-day sales, social media, and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Sales: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Instagram DM and WhatsApp; maintain client database and prompt follow-ups with leads and past clients if needed.
• Event Support: Actively support and execute sales, client greeting, setup, packing during pop-ups, exhibitions, and retail events.
• Order Processing & Logistics: Handle order fulfillment, packing, dispatching online sales, and arranging couriers/deliveries.
• Inventory & Record Keeping: Perform physical stock counts across retail stores, update Microsoft Excel stock sheets, and log daily sales entries.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of jewelry pieces at pop-ups and retail stores.
• Supplier Coordination & Errands: Assist in visiting local stone suppliers, gold souqs, or workshops to pick up/drop off gemstones, raw materials, or jewelry pieces in production.
• Production Order Tracking: Follow up with workshops and suppliers on order statuses, repair work, and delivery timelines to ensure orders are completed on schedule.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• UAE Driving License & car (preferable).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Previous background or strong interest in retail, fashion, or luxury goods. (preferable)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
