Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a hairstylist
• Skilled in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Passion for the latest hair trends and techniques

– Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive salon experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Mentor and support junior hairstylists by sharing skills and best practices.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the salon.
• Recommend and promote retail hair care products based on clients' needs.
• Manage appointments efficiently and ensure services are completed on schedule.
• Handle client concerns professionally and resolve service-related issues.
• Assist in achieving salon sales and service targets.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.
