We are looking for a Site Engineer (Interior Fit-Out) to join our growing team. Freshers are welcome to apply, and candidates with relevant GCC experience will be given preference.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out works within the GCC is preferred
- Freshers with relevant education and site exposure may also apply
Requirements
- UAE Driving License (preferred)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out works and site coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, quality, and site safety standards
- Review fit-out designs and ensure execution aligns with approved design intent
- Prepare daily site reports and update project schedules
- Ensure proper installation of partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and other interior finishes
- Assist in preparing snag lists and support final project handover
- Maintain and review all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) regulations on site
