Holidays Sales Consultant – Abu Dhabi

- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and walk-in customers.
- Promote and sell international group tours, customized holiday packages, and travel services.
- Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable destinations and packages.
- Prepare attractive holiday quotations, itineraries, and package proposals.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the operations and visa teams to ensure smooth booking arrangements.
- Promote holiday destinations including Europe, the UK, Scandinavia, the USA, Asia, and other international destinations.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and enquiry follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and actively contribute to business growth.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
