About Us
BRIIGADÉE is a new premium dessert brand in Dubai, specialising in Brazilian brigadeiros — delicious, bite-sized chocolate and dessert truffles.
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable team member to represent our brand at Market Outside The Box (MOTB) 2027, a 17-day outdoor event in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers, explain our products and flavours, and recommend products.
Take orders, process payments and handle customer enquiries.
Serve and package brigadeiros while maintaining excellent presentation standards.
Manage frozen and refrigerated stock, including temperature monitoring and safe handling.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards throughout the event.
Monitor daily inventory, replenish stock and minimise waste.
Support daily opening and closing procedures.
Act as the designated Person in Charge (PIC), overseeing food safety compliance during assigned shifts.
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, cafés, restaurants or food kiosks.
Good spoken English and strong customer service skills.
Friendly, proactive and comfortable interacting with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor event environment.
Availability throughout the event period, including evenings and weekends.
Willingness and eligibility to complete the Dubai Municipality Person in Charge (PIC) certification before the event.
Valid UAE work authorisation or eligibility for lawful temporary event employment.
Preferred:
Previous experience at Dubai food festivals, markets or pop-up events.
Experience handling frozen desserts or confectionery.
