Expertise in Filipino cuisine (Adobo, Sinigang, Sisig, etc.).
Minimum 2+ years experience in catering/Restaurant/Hotel/Cafeteria.
Knowledge of HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle bulk cooking.
Currently in UAE and available to join immediately is an advantage.
