We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor with experience in swimming pool construction to manage daily site activities and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise excavation, steel reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing works.
• Read drawings and guide workers on dimensions, levels, and construction details.
• Plan daily activities and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with the pool MEP team to ensure pipework and fittings are correctly positioned before concreting and finishing.
• Inspect workmanship, identify defects, and arrange corrective work.
• Monitor progress and report site updates, material requirements, and delays to management.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and proper material handling.

Requirements

• Previous experience supervising swimming pool civil construction.
• Ability to read construction drawings and take accurate site measurements.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing, tiling, levels, slopes, and finishing.
• Ability to manage workers and coordinate multiple site activities.
• 2 Year Experience in the UAE in construction field mandatory.
• Civil Engineering diploma or degree is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
