Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Merchandiser with a background in electronics and hands-on experience in MDA (Major Domestic Appliances) and SDA (Small Domestic Appliances). The ideal candidate will be responsible for product merchandising, maintaining product visibility, monitoring stock availability, and ensuring excellent in-store presentation across assigned retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage merchandising activities for MDA and SDA electronic products across assigned retail outlets.
- Ensure proper product display, shelf arrangement, pricing, and promotional visibility.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock availability, product assortment, and replenishment requirements.
- Build and maintain good relationships with store staff and retail partners.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Ensure promotional materials and point-of-sale displays are properly installed.
- Submit regular sales, stock, and market activity reports to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with sales teams to achieve merchandising and product visibility targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of merchandising experience in the electronics industry.
- Previous experience with MDA and SDA products is required.
- Good knowledge of electronic appliances and retail merchandising practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple retail outlets and meet deadlines.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE with relevant experience will be preferred.
Salary and Benefits
