Job Responsibilities

1. Lead design progress for Middle East public/civic building projects from concept through construction documents and site support, coordinating with the Middle East client and the Shanghai design team.

2. Participate in and develop schematic design, ensure spatial logic and design quality, and deliver implementable design outcomes.

3. Organize construction drawings and related late-stage deliverables, coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines, and follow up on site technical issues and design changes.

4. Communicate and report in English with the Middle East client, keep the Shanghai team aligned, and ensure smooth milestones and collaboration.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or a related field, with 3+ years of architectural design experience.

2. Strong schematic design capability, with experience in late-stage drawings and on-site construction support.

3. Overseas public/civic building project experience preferred.

4. Fluent spoken English and strong communication skills; able to drive the project between the Middle East client and the Shanghai team.
