Salary: AED 7,000 per month (all-inclusive)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at project sites in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong site supervision skills, the ability to manage manpower, and a good understanding of construction drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Manage and allocate manpower, subcontractors, and site workers effectively.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor activities such as concrete works, blockwork, plastering, masonry, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor material usage and report material requirements to the site engineer.
- Track daily progress and report any delays or site issues to management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects.
- Previous experience working in the UAE is preferred.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and site procedures.
- Ability to lead and manage site workers and subcontractors.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 7,000 per month, all-inclusive.
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law and company policy.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
