Are you passionate about specialty coffee, skilled in latte art, and confident in delivering exceptional coffee and customer service?
We’re looking for 3 experienced Senior Baristas to join our team immediately. If you have strong technical skills, a passion for quality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of hot and iced coffee beverages.
- Master espresso extraction, dial-in, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Prepare specialty matcha drinks, including iced matcha and strawberry matcha.
- Brew hot and iced V60 using professional manual brewing techniques.
- Prepare Spanish lattes, cortados, piccolos, Americanos, and other specialty beverages.
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain espresso machines and grinders.
- Handle customer orders, POS transactions, inventory, and stock management.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Manage opening and closing procedures.
- Operate and manage a coffee truck independently.
- Deliver efficient service during busy hours while maintaining high standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of barista experience.
- Proven experience in specialty coffee.
- Previous experience working as a Senior Barista.
- Excellent latte art skills.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and dial-in techniques.
- Excellent milk steaming and texturing skills.
- Good knowledge of manual brewing methods, especially V60.
- Experience preparing specialty matcha beverages.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
