Job Description

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in flower arrangement, bouquet making, and floral decoration, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Create attractive flower bouquets, floral arrangements, and customized floral designs for various occasions.
• Design flower arrangements for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, celebrations, and other special events.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and recommend suitable arrangements based on their preferences and budgets.
• Maintain the freshness, quality, and proper storage of flowers and floral materials.
• Handle flower preparation, trimming, wrapping, and packaging professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the flower shop and work area.
• Monitor flower stock and inform management about replenishment requirements.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of presentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a florist or in flower arrangement is preferred.
• Good skills in bouquet making, flower arrangement, and floral design.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of color coordination.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during busy seasons.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
