Job Description
HRE Construction LLC is seeking experienced and skilled Architectural and Structural Draftsmen to join our building construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidates must have strong technical knowledge, excellent AutoCAD skills, and proven experience in preparing detailed shop drawings for high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural shop drawings in accordance with approved IFC drawings, project specifications, and consultant requirements.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, reinforcement details, and other construction-related drawings.
- Coordinate architectural and structural drawings with MEP services to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and update shop drawings based on consultant comments and site requirements.
- Prepare as-built drawings reflecting actual site conditions.
- Coordinate with project engineers, technical teams, and consultants to ensure timely drawing submissions and approvals.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable UAE regulations, and construction standards.
- Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, and submission schedules.
- Support site engineers with technical drawings and construction details.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED8,200.00 per month
