Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within engineering consultancy firms.
- Proven experience managing procurement activities for engineering design, consultancy, and project management services.
- Strong experience in sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and appointing subconsultants, specialist consultants, and third-party service providers.
- Experience in preparing and managing RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, commercial comparisons, and service agreements.
- Strong knowledge of consultancy contracts, procurement procedures, commercial negotiations, and cost optimization.
- Ability to coordinate with technical, commercial, proposal, and project management teams.
- Experience in managing vendor databases, procurement schedules, supplier performance, and contractual compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in an engineering consultancy firm is highly preferred.
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates MUST currently be available in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferable.
