Dispatch Officer
Eros Electricals- Responsible for assisting Senior Officer Incharge of Dispatch in all Dispatch Functions of DSI-JDW/EDW Location which inclusive of Local Deliveries within JAFZA and Outside JAFZA with proper documentation and Stock transfers to MWH/DIW & AWH.
- Responsible for working and follow Dispatch procedures as decided and set by EROS Logistics.
- Responsible for checking and tallying the goods with invoice / PDS.
- Responsible to scrutinize the picked quantity with inventory controller to have correctness of picked quantity with SO quantity.
- Responsible for scanning and erasing serial numbers from cartons as per sales request.
- Responsible to prepare the gate pass for releasing the vehicle / container with proper signature of concern persons.
- Responsible for sending the Dispatch Documents (Pink Copy) to MWH for final submission to CRCO.
- Responsible to file the green copy and maintain the record for future reference.
- Responsible for assisting Sr. Officer in preparation of Dispatch Functions Reports on a day-to-day basis.
- Responsible for carrying out the warehouse jobs assigned by Executive / Warehouse in-charge.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Freezone logistics/warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
