Parking Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Parking Engineer to join our team and support the planning, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of parking management systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of parking systems, access control, ANPR, barriers, parking guidance systems, ticketing systems, and related ELV technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, install, configure, test, and commission parking management systems.
• Manage and supervise the installation and maintenance of parking equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to parking systems and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Configure and integrate ANPR cameras, boom barriers, ticketing systems, parking payment systems, access control, and parking guidance systems.
• Monitor system performance and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with software and IT teams for system integration, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Ensure all installations are completed according to approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of completed parking systems.
• Prepare maintenance reports, testing and commissioning reports, and other technical documentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and site teams.
• Attend client meetings and provide technical updates whenever required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in parking systems, ELV, ITS, access control, or related technical fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with parking management systems.
• Experience with ANPR/LPR, boom barriers, ticketing machines, parking meters, payment systems, access control, and parking guidance systems.
• Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, switches, servers, and system integration is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and system layouts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.
• Willing to travel to project and client sites across the UAE.
• UAE Driving License and own car is required.
• Deployment anywhere within UAE

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in smart parking, automated parking systems, ANPR/LPR, parking guidance systems, access control, barrier systems, or parking payment solutions will be highly preferred.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
