Job Description

Flame Computer Company LLC is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Al Ain. The successful candidate will assist customers, promote IT products, handle sales inquiries, and support daily showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their product requirements.
• Promote and sell IT hardware, computer accessories, networking products, and related equipment.
• Explain product features, specifications, compatibility, and pricing.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Respond to customer questions professionally and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Check product availability and coordinate with the store or purchasing team.
• Maintain product displays and keep the showroom organized.
• Build positive customer relationships and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in showroom sales, preferably in IT hardware, computers, electronics, or accessories.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, IT products, and networking equipment.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
