Telecaller
LifeGuard Data RecoveryLifeGuard Technology is looking for a female Telecaller for our Sharjah office to handle customer calls, communicate with potential customers, and explain our data recovery services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
Make outbound calls and handle incoming customer inquiries.
Explain the company's data recovery services to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
Generate potential leads and support the sales team.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
Gender: Female
Visa Status: Must be on a husband's visa.
Languages: Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
