Junior Architect/ Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Architect / Architectural Intern to join our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing architectural / Interior concepts, preparing technical drawings, producing 3D visualizations, and supporting the team throughout the design and documentation process.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, develop technical skills, and contribute to residential, commercial, and other architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural / Interior concepts, design proposals, and presentations.
• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Produce 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D models using SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
• Assist with 3D visualizations, renderings, mood boards, and material selections.
• Support the preparation of design development and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, engineers, and other project team members.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and measurements when required.
• Research building materials, design trends, and applicable building regulations.
• Incorporate design revisions and feedback from senior team members and clients.
• Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Fresh graduates seeking an architectural internship are welcome to apply.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape, AI ,or similar software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and drafting standards.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• A portfolio of academic or professional projects is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Architectural / interior drafting and 3D modeling.

• Basic understanding of building codes and construction methods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per month

Work Location: In person
