About the Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer with strong design and art direction skills to join our creative team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or established brand, with the ability to develop high-quality key visuals, campaign designs, POSM, and impactful brand communication across multiple touchpoints.
You will work directly under an experienced Creative Director with extensive expertise in brand strategy, art direction, and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality key visuals, campaign designs, and brand communication.
- Create POSM, retail displays, BTL, and shopper marketing materials.
- Demonstrate strong skills in art direction, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Execute professional image retouching, photo manipulation, and compositing.
- Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork with thorough knowledge of prepress and production requirements.
- Leverage modern AI tools for ideation, image generation, retouching, and creative production.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent creative quality and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant professional design experience.
- Strong advertising agency, branding, or brand-side experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent design craft, visualisation, and art direction capabilities.
- Thorough knowledge of print production and print-ready artwork preparation.
- Practical experience with modern AI creative tools.
- Motion graphics and AI video creation experience are an added advantage.
- Experience in FMCG, POSM, retail design, BTL, and shopper marketing is highly preferred.
Portfolio – Mandatory
Applicants must provide a link to an online portfolio showcasing diverse design disciplines, multiple brands, key visuals, and relevant campaign work. POSM, retail design, and shopper marketing projects are highly valued.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
