Joinery Cost Estimator
MERMAID DIGITAL PRINTING LLCMermaid Group of Companies is hiring an experienced Joinery Cost Estimator with proven expertise in quantity surveying and cost estimation within the woodwork and joinery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery and woodwork projects.
- Review project drawings, specifications and BOQs.
- Perform quantity take-offs and material cost calculations.
- Coordinate with procurement, suppliers and production teams to obtain pricing information.
- Prepare accurate quotations and cost breakdowns.
- Support project teams with cost-related information and budget evaluation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator in the woodwork industry.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, specifications and costing methods.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and prepare estimates.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
