Eissa Fiber Glass LLC is seeking GRP Laminator Helpers to assist our production team in fiberglass manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist GRP laminators with surface preparation, hand lay-up, mat placement, rolling, and finishing.
• Prepare and arrange fiberglass mats, tools, and materials as instructed.
• Assist with resin preparation and handling under supervision.
• Support mould cleaning, preparation, and demoulding activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the production area.
• Follow safety procedures, wear required protective equipment and comply with supervisor’s instructions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a helper in fiberglass manufacturing or a similar production environment is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with GRP materials and tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and follow work instructions.
• Ability to carry out manual tasks safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 1,100–1,400, based on experience and skill level.
• Stable employment in a professional working environment.
