Maintenance Technician – Holiday Homes

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and handle day-to-day maintenance tasks across our properties.

Role Overview:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance in our managed apartments. The role requires excellent technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a professional attitude at guest properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out AC maintenance and troubleshooting
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry repairs
• Inspect apartments and report maintenance issues proactively
• Coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure units are guest-ready
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests from guests or management
• Handle minor installations, replacements, and furniture fixes
• Keep tools, materials, and company vehicle in proper condition
• Maintain daily job logs and communicate completed work efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in holiday homes, hotels, or facilities management
• Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory
• Strong AC knowledge – mandatory
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations per day
• Good English communication and professional attitude
• Flexible with work hours (weekends/public holidays when required)
