Click2Result is a performance marketing agency specializing in high-converting paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). We scale businesses globally through data-driven campaigns, compelling creative hooks, and seamless execution.

We are expanding our Dubai team and looking for a hybrid talent: an energetic Content Creator & Client Project Manager who can physically produce high-impact ad content on-site while confidently managing day-to-day client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Content Production: Plan, direct, and shoot dynamic short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and static visuals optimized for performance advertising.
• Editing & Post-Production: Handle mobile video editing, pacing, sound design, and trend research to craft high-converting ad hooks.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary on-site liaison for our local clients — lead briefings, run status meetings, and align deliverables in fluent English.
• Project Coordination: Collect brand assets, manage production timelines, secure creative approvals, and solve day-to-day client requests.
• Marketing Synergy: Collaborate closely with our Media Buyers (Google & Meta specialists) to test fresh UGC concepts, direct-response angles, and creative iterations.

Requirements:

• Location: Must currently reside in Dubai, UAE and be available for regular on-site shoots across the city.
• Languages: Fluent / Native Russian and Fluent English (Advanced / C1) — both written and spoken are essential for daily client interactions without language barriers.
• Equipment: Personal shooting gear is required (iPhone 14/15/16 Pro series or professional camera, portable lighting, mobile gimbal, and wireless lapel microphones).
• Experience: Hands-on background in mobile filmmaking, social media video production, and client-facing or project management roles.
• Communication: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable leading conversations with business owners and marketing teams.
• Portfolio: A portfolio, showreel, or links to published video work demonstrating your camera, lighting, and editing skills is mandatory.
