### Job Description
The Practice Polyclinic is seeking a skilled, patient-focused *Full-Time Dentist* to join our growing dental team in Dubai. Candidates with a strong background in implantology and experience in dental implant procedures will have a significant advantage.
The ideal candidate should be committed to delivering high-quality dental care, maintaining excellent patient relationships, and contributing to the growth of the clinic.
### Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental consultations, examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Perform general dentistry procedures and restorative treatments within the candidate’s licensed scope of practice.
- Assess patients for dental implants and perform implant procedures where appropriately qualified and privileged.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and explain treatment options to patients.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with DHA regulations and infection-control standards.
- Coordinate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Build strong patient relationships and support patient retention and treatment-plan acceptance.
- Contribute to the clinic’s dental service development and patient satisfaction.
### Requirements
- Recognized dental degree (BDS, DDS, or equivalent).
- *Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain a DHA license* for the relevant position.
- Clinical experience in general dentistry.
- *Implantology experience is highly preferred.*
- Relevant implantology qualifications, training, and documented clinical experience are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and patient-management skills.
- Professional, ethical, and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work full-time in Dubai.
