We are currently looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to support our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage tender and contract documentation, including BOQs.
- Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with the Estimation Department to ensure accurate project cost data.
- Monitor project progress and prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and cost reports.
- Manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and final accounts.
- Track project expenditures and support cost forecasting and cash flow management.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and quality requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and assessment of claims and variations.
- Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in commercial and contractual administration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
- Immediate joiner to our team.
- Sound knowledge of construction contracts and commercial practices.
- Proficiency in PlanSwift and quantity surveying software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
