Option 1: Basic Salary + Commission

- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Professional attitude and presentable appearance.
- Previous Dubai real estate experience is an advantage.
