HR Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Post job vacancies and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and prepare offer letters.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Manage employee files and HR documentation.
- Follow up on visa processing and renewals.
- Coordinate office and showroom maintenance.
- Arrange office consumables and stationery.
- Handle daily HR and administrative activities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of UAE HR/Admin experience preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws and visa procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Preferred Languages: Malayalam, Hindi & English.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
