Head Waiter (6 months contract)

We are seeking a passionate, professional, and service-driven Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest receives a memorable dining experience that reflects our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the waitstaff during service.
- Ensure all guests receive attentive, personalized, and professional service.
- Lead pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities, menu updates, and service expectations.
- Train, coach, and mentor waitstaff on service standards, product knowledge, and guest engagement.
- Monitor table service and dining room flow to maintain efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Support staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance feedback as directed by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Assist in achieving service excellence, revenue targets, and guest satisfaction goals.
- Monitor inventory of service equipment and report maintenance or replacement requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, or similar supervisory role in a high-volume restaurant or premium dining environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food, and beverage service standards.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Guest-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
