1. Job Purpose

To provide professional eyebrow and eye-area beauty services while delivering exceptional client experiences, maintaining high hygiene standards, and contributing to the salon's revenue, client retention, and reputation for premium beauty services.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Eyebrow & Beauty Services

• Perform professional eyebrow shaping, threading, waxing, and tweezing according to client preferences and facial features.
• Provide eyebrow tinting and eyebrow mapping where trained and authorized.
• Perform eyebrow lamination and lash lifting or tinting if qualified and trained.
• Conduct client consultations to understand preferences, assess suitability, and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain precision, symmetry, and consistent service quality.
• Recommend suitable aftercare and home-care products.
• Perform only services for which the employee is appropriately trained and authorized.

B. Client Experience

• Welcome clients warmly and professionally.
• Maintain a luxury service experience consistent with Mariage Beauty Center's standards.
• Recommend suitable additional services without pressuring clients.
• Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat bookings.
• Handle client feedback and complaints professionally and report unresolved issues to management.

C. Sales & Revenue

• Achieve individual monthly sales targets set by management.
• Recommend relevant beauty services, packages, memberships, gift cards, and retail products.
• Support salon promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and sales generated.
• Work toward improving average client spending, retention, and rebooking rates.

D. Hygiene & Safety

• Sterilize and disinfect reusable tools according to applicable requirements.
• Use disposable tools where appropriate and never reuse single-use items.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation before, during, and after each appointment.
• Follow salon hygiene, infection-control, and health and safety procedures.
• Check for relevant allergies, sensitivities, and contraindications before treatment.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.

E. Teamwork & Reporting

• Coordinate with reception and other beauty professionals to ensure smooth appointments.
• Follow the salon's booking, punctuality, attendance, and customer-service procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and client notes.
• Participate in meetings, training, and performance reviews.
• Report stock shortages, equipment issues, and client complaints to the salon manager.
• Support colleagues and contribute to the salon's overall performance.

3. Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as an eyebrow specialist or brow technician.
• Demonstrated skills in eyebrow shaping, threading, waxing, and other relevant brow services.
• Relevant professional training or certification.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Good personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a professional, team-oriented salon environment.
• Knowledge of hygiene and infection-control procedures.
• Relevant UAE professional approvals or permits where required.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated using the following criteria:

• Individual monthly service sales.
• Number of clients served.
• Client retention and repeat bookings.
• Retail product sales.
• Membership and package sales.
• Client satisfaction and feedback.
• Average spending per client.
• Rebooking rate.
• Punctuality and attendance.
• Hygiene, service quality, and compliance with salon procedures.

5. Professional Standards

The employee is expected to:

• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times.
• Follow management instructions and salon policies.
• Protect client information and salon business information.
• Maintain service quality and professional appearance.
• Avoid unauthorized discounts, personal transactions with salon clients, or unrecorded sales.
• Represent Mariage Beauty Center positively at all times.

6. Working Conditions

• Working hours, breaks, weekly rest days, salary, commission, and other employment terms shall be specified in the employment contract.
• The employee must comply with applicable UAE labour laws and relevant salon regulations.
• Performance targets and responsibilities may be reviewed periodically by management.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
