Salon Receptionist
Senor Gents SalonRECEPTIONIST – SALON | DUBAI FESTIVAL CITY MALL
We are currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and experienced Female Receptionist to join our salon team at Senor Gents Salon, Dubai Festival City Mall.
The ideal candidate will have previous salon experience, excellent English communication skills, and a professional, welcoming personality. You should be confident, organized, and able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced salon environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Manage bookings, appointments, and daily schedules
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and client inquiries
- Assist with daily salon operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients have a positive experience
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Previous salon experience is essential
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing salon role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Professional, friendly, and confident personality
- Energetic, positive, and team-oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy salon environment
- Available to start immediately
- Receptionist will also receive commision 10% of retail sales.
