- Answering patient calls and inquiries
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Following up with new leads and converting them into bookings
- Explaining services, offers, and basic pricing
- Managing WhatsApp and social media inquiries
- Sending appointment reminders
- Following up with potential clients and encouraging visits
- Coordinating with reception staff and doctors
- Entering patient data into the system
- Handling patient feedback and complaints
- Achieving sales targets and conversion goals
- Following up on marketing campaigns and leads
- Preparing daily reports for bookings and conversions
- Maintaining patient data confidentiality
- Dealing with patients professionally and politely
- Ability to handle work pressure and respond quickly
