Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, supervise workers, and ensure that landscaping and construction works are completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Foremen, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and daily work progress.
- Ensure proper execution of landscaping, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, paving, and other assigned site works.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available at the site and used efficiently.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update management on work status, delays, and site requirements.
- Ensure workers follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
- Coordinate material deliveries and report shortages or additional requirements to the concerned department.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant team for timely resolution.
- Maintain site cleanliness, proper material storage, and organized working areas.
- Monitor subcontractors and ensure work is completed as per the agreed schedule.
- Report any accidents, safety concerns, or site-related issues to management.
- Ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining quality and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in landscaping, construction, or Pool.
- Previous experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Knowledge of landscaping works, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, paving, and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and site plans.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage site workers and coordinate multiple activities effectively.
- Willingness to work at different project sites across the UAE.
