Draftsman- Landscape+ Pool
PERFECT TECHNICAL WORKS & LANDSCAPING LLCLandscape Draughtsman – Dubai
PTWL is looking for an experienced Landscape Draughtsman with 5+ years of experience in landscaping, swimming pools, and water features.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare landscape, hardscape, softscape, and irrigation drawings.
- Prepare swimming pool and water feature layouts, sections, and structural details.
- Develop shop drawings, setting-out plans, GA drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Prepare authority submission and NOC drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with MEP systems, including pumps, filtration, drainage, and lighting.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments.
- Support estimation, tender submissions, and project proposals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Mandatory experience in landscaping, swimming pools, and water features.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of structural details, irrigation, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple drawings and meet deadlines.
